3. The articles for collecting the private information.

3.1. MIKMIK collects only essential information for basic service. MIKMIK also separately obtains consent of customers when we collect customer’s information in order to provide customer-tailored preference and needs.

3.2. MKMIK does not collect sensitive personal information which might violate against basic human rights of users (such as race, nationality, political thoughts and belief, origin and permanent address, political preference and crime record, health condition and sexual life, and etc.). Also, MIKMIK does not use customer’s information as other purpose except purpose informed in advance and does not leak it out.

4. COLLECTION METHOD OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

4.1. MIKMIK collects personal information by means of membership registration process, grievance procedure, event or premiums event, business commission agency or partner. Also, MIKMIK collects personal information by means of collection of information (cookie) which is generated mobile phone and wire & wireless internet.

 

5. PERIOD FOR USING & SAVING PERSONAL INFORMATION

5.1. MIKMIK holds and uses customers’ personal information only during their announced and consented period. Collected personal information would be destroyed to prevent confirmation & utilization for it, when member withdraws from agreements for collecting & using personal information or expired date on period of holding information or achievement for purpose of use & collecting personal information.

5.2. MIKMIK can be hold personal information for a certain period of time in order to make sure trade related rights and obligation as followings; Such holding is based on commercial law & Act on consumer’s protection in electronic commerce, ELECTRONIC FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS ACT, SPECIALIZED CREDIT FINANCE BUSINESS ACT, FRAMEWORK ACT ON NATIONAL TAXES, CORPORATE TAX ACT, VALUE-ADDED TAX ACT, etc. And inspection and use of held personal information have to be allowed within related reason, and MIKMIK shall clearly notice in advance items of personal information, which are held, its holding purpose and holding period of time.

5.2.1 Recording about contract or its withdrawal: 5 years.

5.2.2 Recording about price payment and supply of goods: 5 years.

5.2.3 Recording about customer’s complaint or trouble settlement: 3 years.

※ However, in case for members who are belonging to contract of use by MIKMIK’s use clause, holding period would be enlarged compared to duty period for holding personal information. And in case members ask for withdrawal on records, MIKMIK would destroy their records if the records already passed holding period.

5.3. When customers request their transaction information to read, their demands will be immediately accepted.

5.4. To block some members who repeat again and again their withdrawal and rejoining or voluntary termination of membership and thereby obtain economic benefits through discount coupon, event advantage and moreover use other’s name illegally during these process, MIKMIK holds their name, ID, CI, password email for one month immediately after their leave from membership and also holds their information about log-in recording and connection IP information for 12 months long.

5.5. In case that some member doesn’t use service for 1 year (Ex. A reckoning from certain date becomes Aug. 18th, 2014, when he/she joined membership before Aug. 18th, 2014, but he/she didn’t have a recording of service use since then.), MIKMIK notifies him/her in advance, based on the Clause 29 of Act on Promotion of Information and Communications network Utilization and Information Protection, ETC. and his/her personal information shall be separated and held. However, if such information considers to be held based on pre-mentioned b clause or related Act, it shall be held for a period of time stipulated in the related Act.

 

6. UTILIZING AND PROVIDING THE THIRD PARTY COLLECTED PRIVATE INFORMATION

6.1. MIKMIK must use customer’s personal information in the criteria stipulated in ‘Collection of Personal Information and its Utilization Purpose’ under Management Policy of Personal Information and must not provide this information to other companies or institutions. However, in case there is agreement of members or request for information by the process along with related ordinances, MIKMIK could provide & use the personal information carefully.

6.2. Consent of providing a third person with personal information.

6.3. When a deal has been made through services provided by MIKMIK, MIKMIK provides information related products transaction and their delivery to both parties concerned within necessary extent.

6.4. Offering Situation of Personal Information: The Offering situation of Personal information can be varied according to opening of partnership or its termination and is posted in the list. When partnership is terminated, personal information shall be destroyed and deleted in the list.

 

7. INSPECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION AND ITS CORRECTION

7.1. Whenever you want, you can inspect or make correction your personal information. If you click the menu of Modification of member’s information, you can inspect and correct your information. Or when you request a person in charge of protection of personal information to inspect or modify your information through e-mail or phone or in writing, then the person shall take proper measures.

7.2. If you request some correction to mistake of personal information, concerned information is not provided or utilized until the mistake is modified.

7.3. If wrong personal information was already provided to a third person, MIKMIK will immediately inform the person the correct information.

 

8. THE WITHDRAWAL OF COLLECTING & UTILIZATION & PROVIDING FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION

8.1. You can withdraw the agreement anytime for collecting & utilization & providing for personal information through joining members. You can withdraw the membership of MIKMIK immediately by clicking the button ‘Withdrawal Members’ in the category ‘My account’ located in the first webpage. And once you contact a person in charge of protection personal information through the e-mail, written information, MIKMIK takes a step to withdraw the membership at once. And in case there are situation such as withdrawal of agreement, destroy of the personal information, and etc., MIKMIK would notify you of this situation immediately.

8.2. MIKMIK takes a step to make a way for withdrawal of collecting the personal information easier than collection the personal information.

8.3. In case there is customer’s illegal situation (e.g. a. In case the customers repeat joining the membership of MIKMIK to get advantages such as the sale coupon, promotion event that MIKMIK provides. b. In case the customers use the any person’s information illegally to join the membership of MIKMIK), MIKMIK destroys the personal information which is used illegally after a month.

 

9. DESTRUCTION PROCESS & WAYS FOR THE PRIVATE INFORMATION

9.1. MIKMIK would destroy collected personal data after achievement for purpose of personal information utilization along with period for holding & using personal information. The process & way & time of destruction is in the following contents.

9.1.1. The process & time of destruction for personal information.

– For the personal information which customers provide to join the membership of MIKMIK and etc., MIKMIK must destroy the information after achievement for purpose of personal information utilization along with period for holding & using personal information. (Refer to the above related contents ‘ Period for using & saving personal information’). Usually if there are no rest of debt relationship between MIKMIK and members, the personal information (as the digital file) would be destroyed at the time of member’s withdrawal.

9.1.2. The way for withdrawal of the personal information.

– The personal information printed out as the paper would be destroyed by the methods such as using a crusher, using chemicals.

– The personal information as the digital data would be destroyed by using the technical ways so that the information will not be recovery.

 

10. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR NONE MIKMIK MEMBERS

10.1. MIKMIK requests only non-members’ personal information necessary for confirmation of a real name, shipping, payment, inquiry of breakdowns of order, confirmation of purchase, etc.

Use of such concerned information is only limited in the area of for confirmation of payment and shipping.

10.2. Non-member’s personal information collection/ purpose of its use & details of its use

10.2.1. Name of purchaser, CI/DI: Confirmation of identity, age-limited service offer

10.2.2. Mobile phone number of purchaser and his/her email: smooth transaction between purchaser and buyer, confirmation of identity, guidance of new information and public announcement.

10.2.3. Bank account number and credit card number: payment method service offer

10.2.4. Receiver’s name, address, mobile phone number: Product’s delivery address and contact number

10.2.5. IP address, visit date: Blocking of illegal use, the archives of electronic financial transaction

10.2.6. Name, CI, address, mobile phone number, email, IP address, receiver’s information (name, contact number, address, email address), credit card number: Blocking of illegal use

10.3. In case of service use of non-member, management policy of his/her personal information is equally applied to remaining part except for personal information applied for member.

10.4. MIKMIK protects personal information equally between member and non-member.

 

11. NOTIFICATION ON GUIDELINES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

11.1. MIKMIK shall notify customers of concerned matters in writing, email, or on phone, when MIKMIK needs to obtain additional consents of customers, regarding use of customer’s personal.

11.2. MIKMIK shall notify customer concerned matters as means of management guidelines of personal information on member joining display, service provision, or homepage and obtain his/her consent.

11.3. When MIKMIK hand over whole business or a part of business, or transfer its rights and obligation in case of merge or inheritance, MIKMIK shall inform concerned matters to customers, personally, in writing or email and write and announce the matters pop-up style on first page of homepage over 30 days. However, when MIKMIK inform the matters in writing or email, if MIKMIK does not know the member’s contact information without mistakes or if there are right reasons that MIKMIK could not notify (e.g. disaster), we will notify the matters on the SampleStore.com over one time.

 

12. TECHNOLOGY FOR PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION AND ITS’ CARE POLICY

12.1. MIKMIK has a policy of technology and its care to protect customer’s personal information and this policy is being applied.

12.2. Technology Policy

12.2.1. MIKMIK makes sure security of personal information to block disappearance of personal information, its theft & leakage & modulation & damage as following technological measures;

Customer’s personal information is protected by means of the password, important data is protected in separate security function with encryption of file & date transmission or lock.

12.2.2. MIKMIK is running SSL to safely transmit personal information on network as means of encryption algorithm.

12.2.3. MIKMIK is receiving support of basic security from overseas IDC center.

12.3. Managerial Policy

12.3.1. MIKMIK has a policy to be restricted to a minimum staff with access authority of customer’s personal information. The staff in charge is as following;

– The Person in charge of marketing to apply to users, directly.

– The Person in charge of protection of personal information.

– The Person in charge of necessary management of personal information due to business.

12.3.2. MIKMIK already arranged procedures necessary to access and management of customer’s personal information, and also let the person concerned to know well and to abide by those procedures. MIKMIK is also doing regular in-office /out-office education about new security technology and obligatory protection of personal information.

12.3.3. The personal information management business hand-over is done in absolute preservation of security. Also responsibility for accident in personal information is clearly secured in the process of entering and leaving out the company.

12.3.4. Computer room and data /materials storage is arranged as a special area and anyone’s entrance is strictly restricted.

12.3.5. When MIKMIK manages customer’s personal information in computer, it appoints the person in charge. Also, MIKMIK gives the person to ID and Password and makes the person to let renew regularly password.

12.3.6. MIKMIK makes new employee to let sign a written pledge for personal information protection/ information protection and to prevent information leakage from the employee.

12.3.7. MIKMIK is implementing the policy not to make damage or leak or violate against personal information by the person in charge of management of members’ personal information through.

12.3.8. When MIKMIK collects information of customer’s credit card number & a bank settlement account or provides the information to customer to make contact of service use.

12.3.9. MIKMIK isn’t responsible for some accident due to customer’s personal mistake or danger of Internet. Member should be responsible for management of his/her ID & Password.

12.3.10. Member is recommended not to use easy password predicable by some person and to regularly change it.

12.3.11. Member is recommended to log out service use and to finish the concerned homepage, when he/she logins in MIKMIK’s homepage through other commonly used PC and moves to other site. If not, his/her personal information such as ID & Password can be easily leaked through the concerned browser.

12.3.12. If customer’s personal information is to be disappeared& leaked& altered & damaged due to inner manager’s mistake or technological mistake, MIKMIK.

 

13. LINK SITE

13.1. MIKMIK can provide customer with other company’s website or link for material. However, MIKMIK has not the control over outside site and material and isn’t.

13.2. Customer is recommended to check out the policy of newly visited site when he/she clicks links included MIKMIK and moves to other site because MIKMIK has not any connection of the concerned site’s management policy for the personal information.

 

14. A POSTER

14.1. MIKMIK thinks customer’s poster to be very important and does its’ best not to be altered or damaged or deleted customer’s poster. But MIKMIK isn’t responsible for followings;

14.1.1. Spam-like poster (ex: good-luck letter, ad for specific site, link to or lead to other site, etc.

14.1.2. Writing letters to damage other’s honor by distributing false fact to slander.

14.1.3. Other’s public notification without consent, some contents to infringe the copyright of the company or a third person’s intellectual property rights, poster different from main.

14.1.4. MIKMIK can post a poster whose specific part is deleted or is altered as sign, if somebody’s identity is open to public without consent. Such measure is to activate desirable.

14.1.5. MIKMIK is very careful of possible misunderstanding which might happen due to movable poster to other’s subject site. So MIKMIK has a policy to open movable route of the concerned poster.

14.1.6. MIKMIK can give clear and individual warning about extra possibilities.

14.2. Individuals who are writing have all kinds of rights and responsibility for their posters. Also voluntarily open information to a poster cannot be protected. Hence you need to seriously consider use of service before your personal information is open.

15.2. Customer’s information in cookie which is collected by MIKMIK can be used ad following purposes;

15.2.1. To provide differentiated information according to personal interests.

15.2.2. To do target marketing by analyzing connection frequency or remaining time between members and non-members and figuring out user’s taste and interest.

15.2.3. To provide individual-tailored service in next connection through tracing his/her interested connection.

15.2.5. To use as index for service reorganization based on analysis of customer’s habits.

15.3. Customers have option to install cookie. You can accept all kinds of cookie in “tools> internet option> personal information> high level” on above of web browser. When cookie is installed, you can make to let MIKMIK to inform.

15.4. Cookie is terminated in finishing browser or logging out.

 

16. USER’S RIGHTS AND DUTY

16.1. It is recommended for customers to prevent unpredictable accident by correct input of his/her recent personal information. Possible accident result from input of incorrect information lies to only customer’s responsibility. Also, member’s qualification could be deprived, when he/she illegally other’s information or inputs false information.

16.2. Customers have the obligation to protect their own personal information as well as not to invade privacy that belongs to others. Be careful not to leak your personal information, including the password and so on. In addition, give attention not to violate the personal information contained in others. If you fail to keep this term, you can be punished by Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

 

17. OPINION CONVERGENCE AND COMPLAINT SETTLEMENT

17.1. MIKMIK thinks customer’s opinion to be valuable. Customer has a right to receive sincere reply to his/her question.

Due to such an accident, personal information might be damaged or various conflicts might happen due to poster written by some visitors. MIKMIK doesn’t have any responsibility for such accidents.

18.2. Customer Center of MIKMIK is trying to give a sincere and quick reply to customer’s question about personal information. If you want to contact the person in charge of personal information under MIKMIK, you can ask by the contact details on the Clause 17.2. of this personal information terms. 19. TRANSFER OF ADVERTISEMENT-LIKE INFORMATION

19.1. MIKMIK does not send profitable advertisement-like information without customer’s consent. However, under following categories, MIKMIK can transfer ad-like information.

19.1.1. In case that someone directly collected contact information from customer through trade relationship of goods. The person might manage the collected information and send ad-like information about the same goods as both parties made trade.

19.2. MIKMIK does not send profitable ad-like information when customer’s express rejection to receiving the information or withdrawal of advanced consent.

 

20. NOTIFICATION DUTY

Current management policy of personal information is established in 20th of January in 2017. If some revisions are need to be made in according to the government’s policy or security technology, general amendment will be informed on ‘Notification’ of homepage before at minimum 7 days from the date revised policy is enforced and important revision informed before at minimum 30 days.
